A private sound bath is a personalized sound healing experience designed for individuals or small groups who want a more contained, intentional setting.
Sessions are customized to the space, group size, and reason for gathering, whether that’s stress recovery, deep rest, emotional processing, or marking a meaningful moment.
Each private sound bath is a personalized ceremony for individuals or groups of people — available in person or virtually.
Here’s How It Works
How Does It Work?
During a private sound bath, participants lie down or sit comfortably while sustained sound is played using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The sounds are slow, layered, and predictable, which helps the body shift out of fight‑or‑flight and into a calmer state.
Sound works through vibration, resonance, and frequency. As the nervous system receives consistent auditory input, breathing often slows, muscle tension softens, and the body enters a state associated with deep rest.
-
Private sound baths offer more control and flexibility than public sessions. They’re often chosen for:
One‑on‑one nervous system support
Couples or small groups
Birthdays, transitions, or milestones
Wellness gatherings or retreats
People who prefer quieter, lower‑stimulus environments
Because the group is small, the session can be paced and adjusted in real time.
-
Research on sound‑based practices suggests benefits related to stress reduction, relaxation, and mood regulation. Many people report:
Reduced stress and tension
Deeper rest and improved sleep quality
Mental clarity and emotional settling
A sense of grounding and balance
Sound healing does not replace medical or mental health care. It works best as a complementary practice that supports the body’s natural ability to regulate.
-
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes and include time to settle in and integrate afterward. No experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. You don’t need to focus, visualize, or participate actively. The sound does the work.
People experience sessions differently. Some feel deeply relaxed or sleepy, others notice emotional release or physical sensations. All responses are normal.
-
Private sound baths are a good fit if you’re looking for a calm, structured way to slow down your nervous system without effort or performance. If you’re navigating high stress, burnout, or simply want intentional rest, this can be a supportive option.
If you’re sensitive to sound, have a history of sound‑triggered seizures, or are in acute trauma, it’s important to discuss this beforehand so the session can be adapted.

🌊 Resorative Group Class
-
This is a 90-minute, in-person shared sound healing experience designed to support nervous system regulation through sound, stillness, and rest.
This is a communal reset.
Maximum capacity: 8 people
-
This group is intentionally small and held on a consistent schedule.
Over time, you’ll see familiar faces — not because you’re required to engage, but because people are returning to the same shared experience.
Community here is built through presence and repetition, not discussion or disclosure. This sound healing class uses integration to anchor your experience before returning to daily life.
Integration here means more than talking — it’s about helping your nervous system hold the healing that just took place.
-
This group is for people who want a regular, in-person sound healing experience they can return to.
It’s a good fit if you:
feel mentally overloaded and want relief without talking
prefer consistency over one-off wellness events
appreciate seeing familiar faces without social pressure
want a calm, predictable space to settle your nervous system
No prior experience is needed.
You don’t need to share or participate beyond listening.
