I work with men who want to build confidence and understand how their mental health, identity, and sexuality are connected. Much of my work focuses on emotional disconnection, self-doubt, and the pressure many men carry around masculinity and “how they’re supposed to be.”

I support men navigating relationship challenges such as communication breakdowns, infidelity, and major life or relationship transitions. I also help men strengthen emotional regulation, set clearer boundaries, and develop steadier confidence—especially for those who prefer structure and straightforward support.

I know that opening up to another man can feel uncomfortable or unfamiliar. My role is to challenge that gently while creating a space where real conversations can happen without judgment. Therapy with me is practical, grounded, and direct.

As a cisgender, heterosexual man with Italian roots, I understand how culture, family expectations, and traditional ideas of masculinity shape identity and vulnerability. My approach is relational and authentic—I’ll challenge you where needed, while walking alongside you as you build clarity, confidence, and more fulfilling relationships.
