Clinically Informed Sound Therapy: Attunement, Somatics & the Nervous System
This is a 40-hour sound therapy training for clinicians (Counsellors, RP’s and RSW) and wellness practitioners (coaches and yoga instructors) who want to bring sound therapy into their work safely, ethically, and with real understanding of the nervous system.
It blends neuroscience, trauma biology, and the ancient lineages sound healing comes from, then gives you three foundational protocols you can use right away. The course is fully self-paced online, with all modules available the moment you enroll, so you can move through it on your own schedule.

Learn More About…
Sound Healing, Sound Therapy & Their History
Learn about the difference between sound healing and sound therapy, and how to hold both in your work. Explore the 3,000-year lineage of Naad Yoga and Ayurveda, Indigenous sound practices from around the world, and how colonization suppressed these traditions, along with why honouring them matters today.
The Nervous System, Somatics & Trauma
Learn about how sound and vibration affect the nervous system, including polyvagal theory, the vagus nerve, and the window of tolerance. Understand brainwave entrainment, how trauma is stored in the body, and why sound can reach what words sometimes can't.
Theory becomes wisdom through practice
Learn how to facilitate private 1:1 sessions and groups with confidence. Learn how to choose aligned instruments instead of impulse-buying a collection. Learn how to set up your in-person or virtual studio.
Safety, Scope and Ethics
Learn about the contraindications and red flags to watch for, and when to pause, adapt, or refer out. Understand informed consent, documentation, insurance, and your scope of practice, whether you're a clinician or a practitioner.
